In days gone, you have to really strategically tackle the horde, also need a good supply management. What's also scary is that, you don't have good weapons for horde clearing until you get to the later part of the game. So, encountering those horde of zombies early on the game only with a pistol and some rusty rifle with a max ammo of about 70 for both guns is really fear-inducing. In WWZ, you have op weapons from the get go with almost unlimited ammo. You can also choose to have an AI support which can really ease off your anxiety.

The best way to kill the horde in days gone is by divide and kill, first call out the horde and run away in your bike and like 1/3rd of the horde will follow you and just kill them by melee or run over them or kill them with your mock tail or any weapons you got, it’s the most easy way to kill them all.

Ah yes, the Lack of FPS & the shear amount of bugs is all I can remember from Alpha 4.

Alpha 3 had it's type of scariness with the atmosphere and mood. Plus all the distorted sounds, fog, lack of lighting make it really crazy. Compared to Alpha 4, Alpha 3 holds a special key to my heart and I'm grateful for it
